Day 1: Favorite Song
I have approximately 100,000 songs in my iTunes library, so picking just one is difficult. But if I had to narrow it down to the most glorious distillation of human talent I could think of, it would have to be The Kinks’ “Shangri-La”. No other song, in my humble yet accurate opinion, encapsulates the way it does the highs and lows of the human experience.
Ray Davies is a genius.
